CLIENT: Certain, Inc.
This support position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing service related calls (both phone and web support). This role is a solution based position focused on problem solving software related issues. This position requires strong verbal communication skills and consultative customer focus with an emphasis on responsiveness.
Required Background and Experience:
· Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or similar technology field.
· 1-4 years of experience working directly with customers in a technical support help desk environment.
· Must be proficient on MS Office®, particularly MS Excel® for data manipulation.
· Knowledge and usage of both Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers a must.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills and people skills a must.
· Has experience with SaaS web portal collateral development and social tools, preferred, but not a must.

· Starting salary is between 20,000.00 to 28,000.00 pesos/month
