Too Many Links

Putting too many links on a given page may negatively impact on how search engines assess the quality of the page, and can make your site harder to navigate.

Recommendations

1. As a general rule of thumb, keep the number of pages with more than 100 links on them to a minimum, and avoid pages with more than 1,000 links.
2. If the pages with many links contain user-generated content, review the pages to make sure they don’t contain spam links.
